16-U Illinois Wolves Continue Their Torrid Play At The Bob Gibbons Tournament Of Champions, Have Now Advanced To The Final Four

The 16-U Illinois Wolves have continued their impressive play at the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions in North Carolina, and have now advanced to the Final Four of the event.
The Wolves opened the event with a huge win over a highly regarded Boo Williams team. Alex Dragicevich (Glenbrook North) led the way with a 32-point effort, and was backed up by 19 points from Wayne Simon (Fenwick).

The Wolves finished out pool play with a perfect 3-0 record as both Derek Babb (Wheaton Warrenville-South), Brandon Carr (St. Joseph) and Landon Gamble (Lockport) both stepped up with strong games.

Simon scored 21 points with Dragicevich and Chasson Randle (Rock Island) each scoring 10 points as the team knocked off the Westchester Hawks to advance to the Final Four this morning.
