Basketball Skills –
 
BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING!
Core 1 offers basketball skills training. Our workouts are geared towards improving every player on the offensive side of the ball. Each workout will be modified to the position of the athlete. Skills that will be addressed are ball handling, dribbling, shooting, offensive moves off the catch, offensive moves off the dribble, and post moves. These workouts are offered as private instruction or small group at your location.  Core1 does not have a basketball court at the training academy.  We travel to you at your facility.
 
Combo Training –
 
The best of both. Workout consists of 45 minutes basketball skills and 45 minutes of strength, speed, agility and injury prevention training.  Core1 does not have a basketball court at the training academy.  We travel to you at your facility.
 
q.u.i.c.k. program –
Q.u.i.c.k. ’Redefining Speed Training”
In almost every sport, athletes run, cut, and start/stop in all directions.
We at Core1 Q.u.i.c.k. believe that athletes need to be able to stop their momentum and regain full speed as q.u.i.c.k.l.y.as possible.
Treadmills can be great for quickness in a straight line, but most all sports demand more than that.
Therefore, Core1’s Q.u.i.c.k. ‘redefining speed training’ demands more than that. Our program emphasizes quickness in every direction and all planes of movement as well as faster reaction time.
Our training techniques will not only make you quicker, but will help with injury prevention as well.
