Core 1 training has been significant for us in the respect that our girls are in better shape and appear to be significantly stronger than our opponents as the summer season comes to a close. Club circuit exposure basketball is a grueling circuit. Each year from March thru the end of July we lose 6 to 10 kids due to basketball related injury as they play club ball and for their high school teams.
This year we have only lost 1 player to basketball related injury and that had more to do with the fact that she was still recovering from complete reconstructive knee surgery less than a year ago.
I would recommend this type of training through Core 1 for any athlete looking to reach the highest level of basketball.
